"Le Carrousel" by Titouan Claudet

The Woodward and Blancpain have joined forces to present a unique chocolate creation by Pastry Chef Titouan Claudet for Easter.
The pastry chef drew his inspiration from one of Blancpain's flagship complications and its decorations, which underline with elegance and refinement the expertise of the goldsmiths of time. The "Le Carrousel" egg unveils a delicate almond and coffee praline, a creamy caramel with coffee and Gruyère cream, and a caramelised almond crisp. The Easter egg is coated in Felchlin Maracaibo dark chocolate.

Blancpain and The Woodward are thus subtly highlighting the Métiers d'Art. Profits from the sale will be donated to the Action Innocence foundation.
